I advise Danish and foreign investors, including family offices, investment companies, business angels, etc. on investment in innovative companies. I also advise innovative companies on venture investments and other financing, and the company's ongoing legal challenges, including warrant schemes.

In connection with venture investments, the advice typically includes:

- Planning and management and choice of investment form, etc. taking into account e.g. tax and corporate law matters

- Initial discussions and documents, including Letter of Intent

- Establishing a data room/conducting due diligence

- Transaction documents, such as investment agreement, general meeting minutes, subscription lists, and related documents such as e.g. ownership agreements, warrant agreements, rules of procedure for the board of directors, veto catalogue.

- Entering into and carrying out the investment and any follow-up conditions

In 2007, I published the first book in Denmark on legal matters within the venture capital area, and I have worked in the area since 2004.
